- How do I confirm a Bible college accepts the FAFSA?
- Look for a federal school code on the school's financial aid page, and confirm the institution appears in the U.S. Department of Education's accreditation database. If a school cannot give you a federal school code, it does not participate in federal student aid.
- Why do some Bible colleges refuse federal aid?
- A minority decline Title IV participation deliberately, on conviction that federal funding brings regulatory entanglement. Those schools usually keep tuition low and rely on donor subsidy instead.
- Does accreditation alone mean federal aid is available?
- No. Recognized accreditation makes a school eligible to apply, but the school must also choose to participate. Always confirm directly with the aid office.
